Shipping policy

If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Flat Rate Shipping of $6 for orders within the USA. Flat Rate international shipping of $21 for orders within Canada.

My order processing time varies depending on business volume and style of earrings. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to process and be shipped. (It often will not take this long, my goal is always to get your earrings to you as quickly as I can.)

I do not cover international shipping customs fees. Any customs or VAT fees upon receiving packages from Studio Lex will be covered by the customer.

A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment.

I am not responsible for lost packages. Once I give the package to the USPS, it is their responsibility to get it to you. Please file a claim with the USPS.

First Class and standard international shipping are uninsured. Please note, if your package becomes lost, we are not responsible for refunding/canceling the order. You will need to reach out to your local postal service to locate your package.

I am not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. I package orders with care to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, contact my email contactstudiolex@studiolex.online with a photo and the order number and I will determine if I will replace the product.
