Shipping & Returns Policy

By placing an order with Studio Lex, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Processing Time

All earrings are handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing prior to shipment. During busy periods, additional time may be required.

 Shipping & Tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

  • First Class and standard international shipping are uninsured unless otherwise noted.

  • Studio Lex is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If a package is lost, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

If a package is returned to sender or requires reshipment for any reason (including an incorrect address), the customer is responsible for all reshipment fees.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of Studio Lex earrings, all earrings are final sale.

Please handle your earrings with care. While they are crafted with attention to detail and durability, they are delicate by nature. Bending or flexing earrings can weaken the clay and cause breakage.

Damaged Items

If your earrings arrive damaged, please email contactstudiolex@studiolex.online within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damage

  • Your order number

I will review each case individually and determine whether a replacement is appropriate.

Handmade Disclaimer

Each pair of Studio Lex earrings is individually handmade. Small variations and minor imperfections are natural and part of the handmade process. These details make each piece unique and reflect the care and craftsmanship that goes into every design.
